1General Terms & Conditions

Wcc3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "wcc3") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between wcc3 and its users ("you", "member", or "player").

By creating an account on wcc3, using any of our services, or accessing the website, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1.1 Scope of Applicability

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on wcc3, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. Compliance with these requirements is strictly mandatory.

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use the wcc3 platform is 18. wcc3 may request government-issued identification for age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all deposits will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted only one account on wcc3. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, bank account, or household address is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

• Your full legal name must be provided exactly as it appears on your National ID.
• Your date of birth must be entered accurately.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
• The bank or Mobile Banking account you use must be registered in your own name.

2.4 KYC (Identity Verification)

Wcc3 may request KYC documents at any time, typically before processing withdrawals or for large deposit/withdrawal transactions. You may be required to submit a photo of your National ID or passport for KYC verification.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All rules governing financial transactions on wcc3 are outlined below. wcc3 is committed to ensuring fast, secure, and fair transactions at all times.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account or bank account registered in your own name.
• After making a deposit, you must submit the correct transaction ID to wcc3.
• Providing a false transaction ID will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Wcc3 will not process any suspicious deposit without prior verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Turnover requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Wcc3 reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious withdrawal.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus and promotional offer at wcc3 is subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% Welcome Bonus is available on your first deposit (up to ৳5,000). A turnover of 18x must be completed before withdrawing this bonus. Validity: 30 days.

4.2 General Terms for All Bonuses

• Each bonus may only be used once per account.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bets placed with a bonus must be at minimum odds of 1.50 (applicable to Sports bonuses).
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or sections designated by wcc3.
• Upon expiry, any unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Wcc3 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Wcc3 treats Bonus Abuse as a serious violation. This includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, attempting to meet turnover requirements with low-risk bets, or exploiting the bonus system by any other means.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on wcc3.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Please review the odds carefully before placing any bets on wcc3.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If the odds change at the time of confirmation, wcc3 reserves the right to apply the updated odds.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet is voided and the staked amount is refunded.
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be voided.

5.2 Casino & Slots

• All casino games on wcc3 are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Results caused by a gaming software malfunction may be declared void.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a network disconnection occurs during an active game, the session will be saved and the result will be applied automatically upon reconnection.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

Wcc3 may apply a maximum win cap on single bets. For parlay betting, up to 20 events may be combined in a single slip. Specific limits vary by sport and market.

6Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

All members on wcc3 must play honestly and in accordance with the rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: The same individual may not open more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit or circumvent the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using wcc3 for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or facilitating the manipulation of any match or game outcome.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to wcc3's systems.
• Using Another Person's Information: Using another person's identity or payment details.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Wcc3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Users may also request to close their own account at any time.

If your account has been closed by mistake, please contact wcc3 Support. wcc3 will review your case within 48 hours.

8Limitation of Liability

Wcc3 always strives to maintain the highest standards. However, there are certain situations in which wcc3's liability is limited.

• Wcc3 is not responsible for any game or bet cancellation resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Wcc3 bears limited liability for delays or failures caused by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Wcc3 is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a software bug results in an abnormal outcome, wcc3 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

9Changes to Terms & Conditions

Wcc3 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect. For significant updates, users will also be notified via email or SMS.

Continued use of wcc3 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We therefore encourage you to review this page regularly.
